Hideaway Patisserie and Brasserie |
Moores Hotel also boasts an authentic Austrian patisserie which creates and serves some of the finest gateaux in Guernsey.
Hideaway Patisserie and Brasserie is open from 8.00am until early evening, Monday - Saturday. Guests can enjoy a latte, or espresso or a freshly squeezed fruit juice.
Light meals are served throughout the day, and the menu features healthy salads, alongside delicious open sandwiches and traditional Austrian dishes.
"Apfelstrudel", "Sachertorte" and Lemon Tart and a host of other temptations for guests with a sweet tooth are always on offer as well as the ever popular Cream Tea and Guernsey Gache.
From 2.00 - 5.00pm the Hideaway's afternoon tea is served featuring cucumber and smoked salmon sandwiches, scone with jam and Guernsey cream and a selection of dainty cakes and tartlets, together with a pot of tea or a cup of coffee.
In Summer months, and warmer Winter days Hideaway's menu is served al fresco on the flower-filled terrace in the centre of St. Peter Port Guernsey overlooking the bustling Pollet.
