The Library Bar - a Traditional Pub |
Moores Hotel Guernsey is also home to the Library Bar - a traditional pub, its walls lined with bookshelves through which guests are welcome to browse and while away an hour.
The Library Bar offers a traditional carvery every evening and Sunday lunchtime, which always offers a choice of roasts (usually traditional roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, as well as a second joint), fresh fish, steaks and a weekly changing selection of seasonal "specials".
The Library Bar regularly hosts themed weeks, and past weeks have included a Seafood Week, Portuguese Week, French Week, Latvian Week and Irish Week.
Guests can also enjoy a quiet drink in the Rendezvous bar where a log fire warms the chilliest of evenings.
Moores Hotel also has an elegant lounge located on the first floor adjacent to the Conservatory Restaurant, for the use of hotel guests. |
